Where can I access my Alarm Account history?

You can access your account history for information like alarms and openings or closings from the web or your phone by going to your monitoring account HERE and entering your account number and password. For reference, your account number is located on your quarterly or annual billing statement and your password is the same one you use to verify yourself with the alarm company.

How do I get a certificate for my insurance company?

How do I cancel an alarm?

Call the monitoring center at (800) 443-8867 and inform the operator that you wish to cancel the alarm. Then state your pass code.

How do show what zone is tripped or in fault?

To Show the Zone that is Faulting, you press the * button.

How do I bypass a zone that is in fault?

See above question to find out the zone # in fault. Then enter your 4 digit code. Press 6. Then enter the zone number in fault. Repeat process for multiple zones.

How do I test an alarm?

Call the monitoring center in advance at (800) 443-8867, state your pass code and inform the operator that you wish to test your Alarm System. This test should be limited to one signal per event. (Burglary, Fire, Medical, Etc.) After performing the test, wait two minutes and call the operator back, give your pass code and ask for the results of the test. Note: You alarm system automatically performs a monthly self-test in addition to your tests.

Where do I call regarding service or repair?

Calls for service or repair should be directed to Saturn Security Systems' office number at 678-432-5280.

How do I turn on/off my door/window chime?

To turn your chime on/off put your 4 digit code into the system and then press 9. This will toggle the chime on or off.

How do I reset my system after an alarm?

If your alarm went off while you were away you will need to put in your code a 2nd time to clear the system. After putting in your code the 2nd time, your system will reset.
