To Cancel An Alarm
Call the monitoring center at
(800) 443-8867 and inform the operator that you wish to cancel the alarm. Then state your pass code.
(800) 443-8867, state your pass code and inform the operator that you wish to test your Alarm System. This test should be limited to one signal per event. (Burglary, Fire, Medical, Etc.) After performing the test, wait two minutes and call the operator back, give your pass code and ask for the results of the test. Note: You alarm system automatically performs a monthly self-test in addition to your tests.
